Shipping and Handling

Shipping to Continental US ONLY, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will have additional shipping charges, please contact us for shipping charges for those states. We cannot ship to a P.O BOX. To avoid delivery delays you MUST provide your phone number & Comfirmed Shipping Address to complete the shipping transaction (Carriers CANNOT ship our package without a phone number).

We cannot ship to unconfirmed address until it is verified. All orders include shipping insurance and are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after receipt of payments (add 1 to 5 business days for UPS/FedEx to deliver depending on your location). Once your item is shipped, you will get the tracking information for your order so that you know exactly when to expect it.

All shipping includes limited insurance. Any physical and visable damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and receipt (within 3 business days). If not, insurance will no longer be valid.

Online Shipping Estimates:
Online shipping quotes are calculated by services not maintained or controlled by us. We verify all shipping charges with the shipping company before shipments are sent. In the event that there is a discrepancy in price, we will notify you before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are shipped based on the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping and handling costs are charged per order, based on delivery location, package dimensions and weight. Estimated delivery time once we ship your order is 1 to 5 days for items shipped via UPS Ground shipping within the continental US. Expedited delivery options are also available on checkout. All shipping charges are paid by customer, unless otherwise stated. Upon confirmation that your order has been placed, you will receive an automated notice from our web server with an order summary including the items you purchased and a purchase total. Once your order ships, one of our customer service representatives will email you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. If your order is not deliverable, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as the package is returned to us.

Damages:   Claims for damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
