Full 1-Year Warranty (Components & Labor included)
1-year warranty on system components from original invoice date (system components is defined as all major component inside the case). We will replace or repair any system component for a period of 1 year from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. Should any problem arise, you may contact us by e-mail or by phone. If a return is required, call us for authorization, it will be promptly authorized and you may return the system or the affected part for replacement. WARRANTY IS VOID IF WARRANTY SEAL IS BROKEN AND/OR YOU HAVE OPENED THE PC SYSTEM.

Shipping & Handling, Insurance & Sales Tax
Shipping to Continental US ONLY, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will have additional shipping charges, please contact us for shipping charges for those states. We cannot ship to P.O BOX. To avoid delivery delays, you MUST provide your phone number to complete the shipping transaction (Carriers CANNOT ship our package without a phone number). We cannot ship to unconfirmed address until it is confirmed. All orders include shipping insurance and are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after receipt of payments (add 1 to 5 business days for UPS/FedEx to deliver depending on your location). Once your item is shipped, you will get the tracking information for your order so that you know exactly when to expect it.
 
Returns
Any defective products must be returned within 10 calendar days in the ORIGINAL PACKING. Items that are returned will tested by our computer technician. Defective items will be replaced and shipped back within 2-5 business days after receipt. Should extra time be needed, you will be contacted. You MUST contact us to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) BEFORE returning the item. Any items returned without the RMA will not be accepted

Buyers must agree to pay for the shipping costs for any returns back to us (This includes the cost for shipping the system back to us for inspection if there is a problem during the warranty period.) A 15% Restocking fee will be applied for return's unrelated to condition

The warranty is NOT APPLICABLE DUE TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE INCURRED THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OR USAGE. The warranty is VOID if the WARRANT STICKER is DAMAGED or REMOVED

All orders will ship via UPS or FEDEX depending on destination to and from. We will not ship to a P.O. Box, a physical address is required. For your protection, your phone number is required with your order information.

We ship UPS/Fedex Ground to US continent only ( excluding Hawaii,Alaska,and Puertro Rico - NO P.O BOX DELIVERY.

DELIVERY TIME

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

CALCULATING COST

We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales/use tax for the State of New York for purchases of desktop computer and the State of California for monitor purchases. We have two separate warehouses. Our Desktop Computers are assembled in the State of New York and our Monitors are warehoused in the State of California. Because of the locations, we will be required to collect the following taxes depending where and what item we are shipping to you.

Please add 6.25% Sales Tax for order in the State of Massachusett and/or California

If you are purchasing a Monitor to be shipped to California, please add the Sales Tax. Purchasing Desktop PC do not have any taxes for California State.

If you are purchasing a Desktop Computer to be shipped to New York, please add the applicable sales tax. If you are purchasing a Monitor for New York, there are no taxes.

RETURNS AUTHORIZATION

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
