If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to Flourish Computer within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. An RMA number is required for all returned items. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing us at email@example.com. To receive refund product must be received back within 30 days of the invoice date.
To request warranty service, customer must email within the warranty period. Have your invoice or item number available when calling. If warranty service is required, Flourish Computer will issue a RMA Number. The customer must ship the products back to Flourish Computer in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. With your return include copy of your invoice and your current shipping information. During the 1st year of your warranty Flourish Computer will ship the repaired or replacement products to customer at our cost. Flourish Computer is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS or FedEx Ground is typically the cheapest. You will need to write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Flourish Computer will, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period. Flourish Computer reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with different brand merchandise during the warranty period if a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Flourish Computer reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product shall void this warranty.
